A sweet twist on the traditional lamb chops on the braai.
Recipe developed by Thilivhali Mash Mugwena
6 Lamb chops
200g Salted Butter
2 Tbsp chilli Flakes
3 Tbsp seven colours grill seasoning
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
4 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp steakhouse sauce
Gently massage chops with butter on both sides.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and rub chops on both sides generously.
In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
Sear chops on both sides on a pre-heated grill pan for three minutes.
Lightly brush the glaze on each side of the chops as they cook and grill for 6 - 7 minutes per side.
Before serving, pour excess glaze over the chops.
Tip: Serve with a cold salad/potato mash
